A seasoned finance professional with over 18 years of experience across equity research, investment banking, and investor relations.
She has held key positions at institutions like UTI Securities, Bank of Baroda Capital Markets, Arihant Capital Markets, Standard Chartered Securities, and Elara Capital. As a SEBI-approved Research Analyst, she has covered sectors like auto, auto ancillary, infrastructure, and FMCG. Her reports were published on global platforms such as Thomson Reuters and Bloomberg. Her strategic insights in research has helped fund houses including HDFC MF, SBI MF, LIC Pension etc. She has worked directly with top management and arranged over 200 corporate meetings and roadshows.
Notably, Padmaja led high-impact assignments for Bank of Baroda’s MD & CEO, analyzing multi-crore exposures in road, steel, and power sectors, and successfully facilitated fund raise of around Rs. 2,000 crore. Academically, she holds a Master’s in Financial Management and has cleared NISM Series – XV: Research Analyst Certification Examination for 3 times and NISM Series XIX-C exam for Alternative Investment Fund Manager.

Has more than 25 years’ of rich experience in Capital Markets – he has worked in the areas of Institutional Equities, Equity Research, Investment banking, Advisory and Fund Management. He has varied experience of working with various reputed organizations like Anand Rathi, IDBI Capital, Centrum Broking and Monarch Networth Capital.
He holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce Degree from H. R. College of Commerce & Economics (Mumbai University) and Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from Welingkar’s Institute of Management, Mumbai.
Over the years he spearheaded the Institutional equites desk at various organisations and was instrumental in profitably running these desks and in some cases reviving the business right from the scratch. He also had an opportunity to work on various Investment Banking assignments – IPOs, QIPs, Corporate mandates, and Consultancy/Advisory & Fund Management projects.
During the years he has developed a vast network of relationships in the capital markets be it institutional clients, Corporates, Family offices, HNIs and retail segments.

She is a B.Com graduate and has done her MBA (Finance). Further, she has cleared NISM Series IV Research Analyst exam and NISM Series XIX C Alternative Investment Fund Managers Exam
