Mr. Uday Tardalkar

Mr. Uday Tardalkar holds a Bachelor of Commerce and L.L.B Degree from the University of Mumbai, and a certification in Enterprise Risk Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila. With over 40 years of experience, he specializes in Equity and Commodity Broking, Custodian and Depository Participant services, and Registrar and Transfer Agents operations. His expertise spans Strategy, New Projects, Operations, Risk Management, and both Retail and Institutional business with various Market intermediaries

He is a Corporate Consultant and Trainer for  12 years and serves as an Independent Director at Rose Merc Ltd and Epuja Spiritech Ltd both listed on BSE Ltd.

In education and training, Mr. Tardalkar has over 20 years of experience. He has been a visiting faculty at SNDT for Master of Management Studies (MMS) and Master of Business Administration (MBA), IICM and a Trainer for Tata Group. He conducts training sessions for organizations like National Academy for Direct Taxes (NADT) , Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership (IIDL), National Institute of Securities Market (NISM), and currently he is Professor in Practice at Vidyalankar College (VSIT). Mr. Tardalkar is Chairman of Lokmanya Seva Sangh, a leading NGO in India established 102 years ago. He is also a columnist for various newspapers and magazines, and appears as an economist on TV channels, YouTube channels, and radio.

Previously, he held senior positions including Designated Director and Chief Operating Officer at UTI Securities Ltd., Director at STCI Commodities Limited, Head of Operations at Tata Capital Securities Limited, and Head Back Office at Tata TD Waterhouse Ltd. He was a Member of the Board of Trustees of the NSDL Investor Protection Fund Trust and Securities Market Trainer (SMART) with the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI).He also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Association of National Exchange Members of India (ANMI), a pan-India body of brokers. He was also Conciliator at Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for Capital Market.
